Many customers request discreet shipping. All items are shipped in USPS or UPS shipping boxes and our return address will be listed as our company name: Intimonth LLC. Billing on your credit card statements always is shown as Intimonth LLC.
What about shipping charges?
Shipping is detailed in the checkout pages and is dependent on the shipping method you prefer. See the Policies to view the current shipping charges.
Where's my shipment?
Shipments are sent out the 15th of the month and will take upto 10 days to receive it. Please contact us if you do not receive your shipment.
May I choose which months to send?
Our subscriptions are for consecutive months only.
Will I be obligated into a whole year as a member?
No, unlike other clubs we have absolutely no minimum membership time. You pick how many months you would like to join or give as a gift. You can join any of our clubs from 1 to 12 months or ongoing. You may cancel at anytime
How do I cancel my membership?

What is the best way to find out her lingerie size?

What if she needs a different size?
Not to worry. Her first package includes a change of size request form. Just send it back to us with her lingerie and the size will be immediately adjusted for that piece and all future orders.
